Program notes.
Where will the next pop-up be?
Each location is announced Thursday night on Instagram β and nowhere else. The hunt is half the flavor.
Do you take pre-orders?
Nope. Every cookie is first-come, first-crumbed. We bake one small batch per flavor and when it's gone, it's gone.
Are the cookies really handmade?
Every one β cut, rolled, filled and baked the night before by two people and one very tired stand mixer. That's why the batch is small.
Allergies?
Everything is baked in one kitchen with wheat, dairy, eggs and nuts around. The peanut butter crosshatch is proudly full of peanuts β ask us at the window and we'll walk you through every tray.
a note from the director
This whole shop is cut from paper and baked from scratch, in that order. If the line looks long, it is. If the cookie looks worth it, it is that too.

The next location, the flavor list, nothing else.
We never announce the address anywhere else. Get the postcard, plan the Saturday.
